Dubai Travel Week: Conference Website for Travel Agencies (Russia & CIS → UAE)
2025Dubai Travel Week is an online B2B event created for travel agencies from Russia & CIS interested in selling the UAE more effectively. The website works as a conference landing page: it presents the value of participation, shows the agenda, and converts visitors into registrations through a clear CTA flow. The project’s main goal was to build a lightweight, trustworthy interface with a strong focus on registration conversion: visitors should understand “what it is / why join / what they get / how to register” within the first screens, both on desktop and mobile.

What has been done on the project
Homepage (First screen + key offer)
The first screen communicates the core message immediately: “The main online event for travel agencies from Russia & CIS” with a short subtitle and the event dates (February 10–13, 2026). A prominent Register / Registration CTA is placed above the fold, supported by a clean navigation menu (About / Program / Participants / Registration) and a RU/EN language switcher. A “Prizes are being raffled off” block is integrated near the hero area to reinforce motivation to register, using icon-based cards with short descriptions (hotel stay, guided tours, bonuses from hotels & DMCs).
“Why register now” conversion block
We designed a dedicated section explaining urgency and benefits in a structured bullet format: limited number of participants, access to a private Telegram chat, special draw for the first 100 participants. A large supporting image strengthens the event context while keeping the left column readable and conversion-focused.
Conference program (timeline layout)
A visually clear Conference program section was implemented as a vertical timeline with day cards: Tuesday — Opening and analytics, Wednesday — Hotels in Dubai and the UAE, Thursday — DMC Companies. Each day card includes a short list of session topics with icons, making the schedule easy to scan and understand without long text blocks.
Registration page & form
A central registration form was built as the main conversion point, with a clean card layout and clear required fields: Name and surname, Travel agency name, Email, Phone, City, Job title. The CTA button Register is visually emphasized, and the form remains consistent with the site’s minimal, business-oriented style.
Footer (contacts + newsletter)
The footer provides: key contacts (email, phone, Telegram channel), a newsletter subscription form (email + Subscribe CTA), short event description and dates. This supports trust and retention and gives users a second conversion opportunity after scrolling.
Mobile version
A fully responsive mobile experience was prepared: large typography and clear hierarchy on the first screen, stacked content blocks with comfortable spacing, prominent CTAs that remain easy to tap, simplified timeline readability and form usability on smaller screens, RU/EN switch remains accessible from the header.
Mobile version
Excellent mobile version
We developed a fully responsive design that works equally well on tablets and smartphones of any screen size. All controls are easy to use with a finger.
We optimized image loading based on the user's device, significantly speeding up the site's performance on mobile devices.
We've implemented a special version of the tour filter for mobile devices with large controls and a simplified interface.
